2) EXCHANGE

If you’ve placed an order for a course but haven’t accessed or availed it yet, you may request an exchange for another course available on our platform. You must make this exchange request before accessing the course. Our team will provide guidance on the exchange or replacement process.

Please Note:

– Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of accessing the program online.

– If the Company denies an exchange request due to non-technical reasons, you can file a dispute.

– It’s recommended to thoroughly review a course’s content and nature before requesting an exchange.

3) REFUND PROCESS

For refund requests, kindly submit a request on our website. A Company representative will reach out to you at your registered phone number. Refunds will only be considered if we fail to provide the course you availed within 20 days of the course start date.

Please be aware:

– Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Company.

– Refunds will be processed after statutory deductions.

– Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.

– The refund process takes approximately 30 working days to reflect in the payment source.

Please keep in mind that the company disclaims all liabilities associated with refund processing timelines.
