2) Exchange Policy
If you have enrolled in a course but have not accessed or utilized it, you may request an exchange for another course offered on our platform. The exchange request must be submitted before accessing the original course. Our support team will assist you with the exchange or replacement process.
Important Notes:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of program access.
- If an exchange request is declined for reasons other than technical issues, you may raise a dispute.
- We strongly encourage reviewing the course details, content, and suitability prior to placing an exchange request.
3) Refund Policy
To request a refund, please submit a request through our website. A Company representative will contact you using your registered phone number. Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to deliver the enrolled course within 20 days from the scheduled start date.
Please Note:
- All refunds are subject to the Company’s sole discretion.
- Applicable statutory deductions will be applied before processing refunds.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- The refund processing timeline is approximately 30 working days.
The Company shall not be liable for any delays in refund processing beyond this period.
4) Non-Refundable Fee
Any initial pre-registration fee paid is strictly non-refundable, without exception.
Shipping Policy
Learnnex provides digital products and online courses only. No physical goods are shipped.
Once your payment is successfully processed, access to the enrolled course or digital content will be provided through your registered Learnnex account or via email within the specified timeframe.
